Bickert Management Inc. is a certified Zoho Premium Partner offering automation bundles, CRM implementations and marketing solutions powered by Zoho tools. All solutions, including the Journey Automation Pack, Marketing Automation Essentials and others are tailored services that may include consultation, implementation, training and limited post-deployment support.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices mentioned are starting prices and may vary based on client-specific scope, data size, integrations or additional features.
Payment is collected either upfront or in milestones as per the mutually agreed proposal.
Any applicable taxes or service charges will be communicated before final invoicing.
3. Consultation & Demo Requests
Clients may initiate contact through embedded forms (e.g., Request Demo or Buy Now) for consultation. Scheduling and response time may vary depending on time zones, availability and project load. We reserve the right to accept or decline demo requests based on feasibility and scope alignment.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are discussed and confirmed post initial consultation. While we strive to deliver within the proposed schedule, actual implementation time may vary due to unforeseen complexities or client-side delays in content/input approvals.
5. Ownership and Licensing
All custom workflows, automation journeys and configurations implemented for a client using Zoho tools will remain the intellectual property of the client post-completion. However, any pre-built frameworks, templates or proprietary strategy documents from BMI are non-transferable and may not be redistributed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing correct and complete data and access to relevant systems.
Timely feedback and approvals are essential to avoid delays in delivery.
It is the client’s responsibility to fully understand the scope of each bundle before purchase.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and consultative nature of our offerings, no refunds are provided once work has commenced. Clients may cancel a project mid-way, but any work already completed will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Visual Representation Disclaimer
All visuals, including but not limited to screenshots, workflow diagrams, icons, GIFs, and illustrations provided on this site are conceptual in nature and intended to convey general functionality or outcomes. Due to the evolving nature of software platforms and client-specific implementations, the final product delivered may differ in appearance or structure.
These representations do not constitute a guarantee of exact results or UI/UX. Clients are encouraged to refer to written product descriptions and scope definitions to understand deliverables.
9. Platform & Third-Party Tools
All solutions and implementations are built using the Zoho platform and its suite of tools. BMI is not liable for changes, deprecations or limitations introduced by Zoho Corporation. Clients are advised to keep their subscriptions active and up-to-date with Zoho to ensure continued service functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Bickert Management Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services or products—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Privacy and Data
All personal and business data submitted via contact forms is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside the scope of Zoho project execution.
12. Modifications to Terms
BMI reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
